Organized around a fortnight of workshops, discussions have been prepared by planning agencies in conjunction with partners who have developed original ways of producing or trading project. Four types of actors have been used: the residents and their representatives, communities and institutions, economic and social actors, and finally the developers and real estate operators. .

The laws, regulations and procedures are one thing. This call produces its effects, offering a diversity of views – including from civil society – of which is also echoed in the introductory paper. Intended to stimulate discussion, this introductory document does not fail to interest all those who feel and are concerned by the fate of a city negotiated and more shared.
